About me

Hi, I’m Pam Drucker

I write about processes and procedures ranging from index card size to 500-page works. I’ve worked in all stages of the documentation life cycle from planning to producing software product guides, work instructions, policies and procedures, style guides and more.

During the high-tech boom I graduated from the Technical Communication degree program at Northeastern University. From 2011/12 I served as president of the Canada West Coast chapter of the Society for Technical Communication. In 2005 I left Boston for Vancouver where I’m learning to rewrite everything using Canadian English.
